About Client Access

Freight Chain's platform has been developed to recognise a world where "e-business" and "real-time" mean more and more to clients, where knowledge is powerful and has the potential to be as valuable as the goods themselves. Freight Chain's Client Access module allows clients to log in from any point in the world to track the status of their consignments and generate reports which up to now, have only been available at their workplace from their own internal system.

Our commitment to developing and furthering the amount of information that is available to all people (yet not divulging commercially sensitive information) within the logistics chain is second to none.

• Learn that your cargo has been received into the depot as the truck is arriving, giving you real-time status information of your shipment
• View landed costings for each product, and also historical landed costings for the past few times a line of cargo was imported/exported
• Allow your suppliers to generate their commercial documents via our system - allowing customers to receive the documents seconds after their creation and also integrating with customs processing, with no need for re-keying
• Place bookings and receive booking confirmations real-time and have cartage companies informed of this instantly (or utilise Freight Chain's internal Cartage Operations unit).
